\n\nJob Description\n

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg Telemetry. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of expertise in providing patient care and managing telemetry patients.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver patient care in a fast-paced Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
\n
• Monitor telemetry readings and respond to changes in patient conditions.
\n
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
\n
• Perform assessments and develop nursing care plans based on patient needs.
\n
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
\n
• MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND.
\n
• AHA BLS & ACLS certifications are required.
\n
• Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start.
\n
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required.
\n
