Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Grenada, Mississippi.
Unit Notes START DATE: 3/24 50 MILE RADIUS RULE Must have solid experience as an RN - 2 or more years experience PREFERRED for this Small Critical Care facility. May occassionally see PEDS patients EPIC CHARTING experience is required. Guaranteed Hours 36/48 hours rotating per two weeks FINGERPRINT REQUIREMENT. IN PERSON PROCESS can be printed in Jackson or Grenada MS the week prior to start (48 hr turn around) REMOTE PROCESS up to 10 days needed for processing) FLU VACCINE IS REQUIRED at UMMC - only medical exemption is allowed and requires documented evidence from a health care provider of a past severe reaction to the vaccine 3/2 scheduling 36/48 rotating weekly .
