Ray Laethem is seeking an experienced, detail-orientated, and organized Automotive Title Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our office operations, you will be responsible for handling title documentation, ensuring accuracy, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process vehicle title and registration paperwork for new and used vehicles
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle titles, registrations, and other key information
• Prepare submit title and registration documents to the appropriate agencies
• Work with the sales and finance departments to ensure all transactions are accurately reflected in vehicle title records
• Assist customers with any title or registration-related inquiries or issues

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Title Clerk, or in a similar administrative role, preferred
• Knowledge of title and registration process in the automotive industry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software
