Job Description

Express Employment seeks an energetic person responsible for technology-related projects, daily social media activity and management, video projects, content research and development, website optimization, and customer service. This position is unique in that it offers an opportunity to multitask and have a respected voice in the organization's branding.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Duties

1. Responsible for technology integration, graphic design, and publishing in a project management format (i.e., lobby management system, event/conference support, etc.). Captures and analyzes metrics across platforms to share with the leadership team. Oversees paid social media expenditures and ensures balanced investment. Runs promotions that help with social media growth and overall agency awareness; works with other agencies and organizations to promote and highlight customer service
2. Responsible for capturing, editing, and publishing video content for use across multiple platforms including all social media outlets, websites, video hosting sites, and proprietary lobby video systems. Attends and digitally documents all assigned agency outside events.
3. Research and write informative and educational content in a variety of formats, working with Division and Branch Managers, Senior Administration, and other assigned sources. Produce written educational content, to increase customer engagement. Write press releases and announcements for notable newsworthy events and deadlines.
4. Facilitate, monitor, and respond to customer service requests across social media platforms and incoming calls daily. Develop and implement a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy whereby the agency’s awareness and profile is increased and maintained.
5. Performs all other duties and responsibilities assigned.

Qualification

• Clean Background and drug screen
• Valid Driver’s License and Reliable transportation
• Associate degree or training or experience commensurate with the position
• 2 years in a similar position or sufficient experience/training to perform principal duties and responsibilities
• Social media enthusiast with experience and proven success in managing an organization of social media across multiple platforms.
• Proficient in Google Analytics is a plus.
• Proficient in graphic design and publishing.
• Excellent writer and communicator
• Digital recording and photography capture and editing experience.
• Works well with a team and independently; self-starter.
• Exceptional project management skills; capable of multitasking.
• Ability to travel from office to other locations if needed
