Position Overview & Essential Functions:

• HNW individual, partnership, and corporate income tax return engagement management.
• Work directly with partners, and directors with the opportunity to delegate to junior staff members.
• Communicate directly with clients.
• Learn and grow professionally.

Minimum Requirements:

• At minimum 5 years of previous experience with income tax preparation.
• Bachelors or masters degree in accounting.
• CPA license.

Job Type: Full-time; Hybrid work schedule required

Pay: From $90,000 to $135,000.00 per year

Salary commensurate with experience. Sign-on bonus.

Work Location: In-person/Hybrid in Bethesda, MD 20814 or Herndon, VA 20171
