Position Overview
As a Tax Manager, you’ll lead client engagements, work directly with individuals and business owners, and help mentor junior staff. You’ll be trusted to manage and deliver high-quality tax services in a supportive, modern, and paperless environment.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare, review, and manage complex tax returns (individual, business, nonprofit, trust, estate)
Provide strategic tax planning and research
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Supervise staff and review work for accuracy and timeliness
Collaborate with team members to support clients' broader accounting needs
What We’re Looking For:
Must have an active Idaho CPA license
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
5+ years of public accounting experience
Strong experience with a wide variety of tax return types
Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills
Proficiency with modern tax software (CCH ProSystem fx or CCH Axcess a plus)
Comfortable working 100% remotely in a tech-forward, paperless environment

Compensation:
$80,000-$125,000 per year
