Supply Chain Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high customer satisfaction levels. This role requires strong negotiation skills and a strategic mindset to drive improvements and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation modes to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain initiatives with business objectives.
• Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions for supply chain improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding shipping and fulfillment.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.
• Experience with strategic planning and logistics management.
• Familiarity with contract management and inventory management.
• Knowledge of transportation modes and fulfillment processes.
• Ability to analyze data and use it to drive decision-making.
• Experience with ERP systems and project management tools.
• Background in the fashion industry or related sectors is preferred.
