Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our Materials Supply Chain team. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow of materials and supporting our operations during a maternity leave period. The position is based in Beaverton, OR, with a traditional hybrid model allowing remote work on Fridays.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly with our company on a W2 basis.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to streamline processes and manage data effectively.
• Understanding of Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) basics, Demand, Production and Capacity Management, including key metrics. Ability to interpret driving factors and implement corrective actions
• Understanding of Manufacturing best practices and key metrics. Ability to evaluate and recommend improvements in manufacturing strategies to meet inventory and service objectives
• Experience in creating tools to support analytics of key business performance metrics
• Familiarity with reporting, data cleansing, data mining, and leveraging AI technologies.
• Excellent communication skills for setting and conveying deadlines to stakeholders.
• Previous experience in a similar role within supply chain and logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, though strong experience will be considered.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the supply planning process to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments to communicate timelines and resolve any issues that may arise.
