We are seeking an experienced Striping Manager to oversee and manage pavement marking operations on highway and interstate projects. This role is responsible for coordinating crews, equipment, and materials to ensure timely, high-quality, and safe execution of striping work in accordance with project specifications and Department of Transportation (DOT) standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of pavement marking applications, experience managing field crews, and a strong focus on safety, productivity, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage pavement marking projects for highways and interstates
• Supervise and coordinate field crews, ensuring safe and efficient daily operations
• Operate or oversee operation of long-line striping trucks and related equipment
• Read and interpret DOT plans, specifications, and striping layouts
• Ensure compliance with MUTCD and state DOT standards
• Monitor job site safety and enforce safety protocols in line with company and regulatory guidelines
• Manage materials inventory and equipment maintenance schedules
• Maintain accurate project records, including production reports, labor hours, and incident logs
• Coordinate with clients, inspectors, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution
• Train and mentor crew members in striping techniques, safety, and equipment operation

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in highway and interstate striping operations
• Strong leadership experience in managing striping crews or serving as a crew foreman
• Experience operating or supervising long-line striping trucks (paint, thermoplastic, markers)
• Knowledge of MUTCD guidelines and applicable state DOT requirements
• Valid Driver’s License required; CDL Class A or B preferred
• Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and travel as needed
• Proficient in reading and executing project plans and drawings
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
