In this hands-on role, you'll support commercial parking lot striping operations across the region, helping prepare equipment, apply striping materials, and ensure high-quality results on every job. Key Responsibilities - Operate line striping and related equipment in commercial parking lots and sites.
- Assist with daily job preparation including loading paint, stencils, and gear.
- Perform equipment maintenance, cleaning, and inspection.
- Maintain clean and organized work zones on job sites.
- Support the Crew Leader with layout work and general crew assistance.
- Track paint and supply inventory on the truck.
- Follow safety protocols and report issues to supervisors.
Qualifications - Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Strong physical condition: ability to lift 60 lbs and push up to 350 lbs.
- Evening and night shift availability is required, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
- Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in seasonal or outdoor manual labor.
- Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with equipment.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.

Work Schedule - Full-Time, Seasonal (May 1st - November 1st)
- Sunday - Saturday | 6:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m. | 45 hours/week
- Night shifts and weekend work required during peak season
Work Location - Union, New Jersey and surrounding local travel
- Company vehicle provided for travel
