Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Sr. Analyst to configure, maintain, and enhance our Workday environment. This role will ensure optimal system performance, support all People & Culture (HR) functions, and drive automation and efficiency through Workday’s suite of tools. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Workday modules (specifically Compensation and Advanced Compensation, Core HR, and Security), a strong technical background, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues while supporting business needs.
