As the Software Developer Intern, you will develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs of low complexity.
We are looking for a Software Developer Intern. This role is a full-time, internship role and is remote. The internship dates are June 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026. This internship is a full-time opportunity requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. Candidates must be available during core business hours (8:30 am EST to 5:00 pm EST) for the entire 9-week duration of the program. Please note that all work must be performed within the United States. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates requiring sponsorship will not be considered.
Required: Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related area. Current Junior. 3.5 GPA. Analytically minded. Experience with various programming languages. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to interact with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in object-oriented programming techniques. Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with relational databases. Ability to write technical documentation in a clear and concise manner. Experience with Microsoft Suite. Self-starter. Preferred: Java experience. Experience with SQL. Experience with Visual Studio.
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards. Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
