Position Overview

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and data driven Social Media Manager to take full ownership of EOs social media presence and digital advertising growth. You'll lead the charge in building brand awareness, engaging and growing our community, and driving measurable business results through innovative and strategic social media management and performance marketing. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on creativity, analytics, storytelling, and wants to help shape the future of digital entertainment.

Position Core Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Create engaging, high quality original content including animation, graphics, videos, stories, and copy that aligns with brand voice
  • Maintain consistent posting schedules and content calendars for multiple product lines (eoFlix, eoFest)
  • Collaborate with product teams to create content that showcases features and drives user adoption


Digital Advertising Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across all platforms
  • Manage digital advertising budgets and ensure cost effective campaign performance
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, targeting, and messaging to maximize ROI
  • Integrate organic content strategy with paid advertising efforts for seamless campaign execution
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns in real time to optimize performance and meet KPIs


Community Engagement & Customer Support

  • Proactively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly
  • Build and nurture online communities around our products and brand
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns through social channels
  • Monitor brand mentions and sentiment across all platforms
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve issues and improve user experience


Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Track and analyze social media metrics, engagement rates, and campaign performance
  • Create detailed monthly reports on social media growth, engagement, and ROI
  • Use data insights to continuously optimize content strategy and advertising spend
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Set and monitor KPIs for social media growth, user acquisition, and brand awareness


CRM & Data Management Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day CRM operations to ensure accurate, organized, and up-to-date contact records.
  • Manage audience segmentation and tagging to support targeted outreach and personalized communications.
  • Monitor lead funnels and engagement activity to identify high-value opportunities and nurture relationships.
  • Maintain database hygiene, including routine cleanups, deduping, and contact enrichment.
  • Track campaign performance within the CRM and generate insights to optimize communication strategies.
  • Develop and implement CRM workflows and automations that streamline outreach and reporting.
  • Produce regular CRM dashboards and performance reports for leadership visibility.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management and digital advertising
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving engagement
  • Hands on experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Proficiency in social media management tools
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with strong visual design sensibility
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in entertainment, streaming, or event management industries
  • Video editing skills and experience with video content creation
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
  • Experience with influencer partnerships and collaborations
  • Understanding of emerging social media platforms and trends
  • Previous experience managing social media for mobile apps or web platforms
