Job Description
Now hiring Skilled Laborers to join our team and assist with various skilled labor tasks. A welder or rigger without certifications will be an ideal fit for this temp to perm position. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, an excellent attention to detail, and some mechanical experience. You must be able to work at two locations, one in Everett and the other in Seattle.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of manual labor tasks, including loading and unloading materials, digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items, and other activities as needed
Welding experience
Rigging experience
Must be able to operate a forklift
Clean and maintain work areas and tools
Follow safety protocols and use protective gear as required
Assist with setup and breakdown of job sites
Perform other related duties as required
Must be able to travel between Everett and Seattle-locations for work
Requirements:
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Prior experience in manual labor
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent physical fitness and strength
• Hardworking and reliable
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
