Shift Manager/Team Member expectations:
Perform all duties of shift manager during your scheduled shifts, including but not limited to:
Requirements for Shift Runner/Assistant Managers:
- Must come to work timely in all weather conditions
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Must work well with others
- 2+ years retail experience in a leadership capacity (e.g. management, shift leader, etc.)
- Ability to effectively train and motivate associates
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willingness to show leadership and guidance from the floor
