• Deliver exceptional plumbing service, repairs, and installations with skill and efficiency

• Diagnose plumbing issues, explain solutions clearly, and educate customers on preventative maintenance

• Accurately document work performed in Service Titan.
• Build trust and long-term relationships by prioritizing customer satisfaction in every interaction

• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services that benefit the customer

• Ensure safety, compliance, and professionalism on every job site

• Accurately document work performed using company systems (including photos and job details)

• 2+ years of  Residential Service plumbing experience

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Customer-first mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to learn new plumbing techniques, products, and technologies

• Sales-oriented approach, with the ability to recommend valuable solutions to customers
