Diagnose plumbing issues, explain solutions clearly, and educate customers on preventative maintenance. Accurately document work performed in Service Titan. Build trust and long‑term relationships by prioritizing customer satisfaction in every interaction. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell services that benefit the customer. Ensure safety, compliance, and professionalism on every job site. What You Bring 2+ years of Residential Service plumbing experience. Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Customer‑first mindset with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Willingness to learn new plumbing techniques, products, and technologies.
