Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced SEO & PPC Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale digital campaigns across search and paid platforms. This is an hourly, part-time role (60–80 hours per month) with the potential to grow into a full-time position. The position is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to improve rankings.
Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
Manage budgets to maximize ROI and maintain cost efficiency.
Write and optimize blog posts and website content aligned with SEO best practices.
Plan and execute backlink campaigns, including outreach and relationship-building.
Stay up-to-date with SEO and PPC trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to align SEO, PPC, and content strategies with overall marketing goals.
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of proven experience in SEO and PPC campaign management.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
Excellent blog writing and content creation skills with a focus on SEO.
Experience running backlinking campaigns and building domain authority.
Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Strong understanding of keyword research, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
