We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior to Lead Security Integration Technician. This role is crucial to our operations and offers the opportunity to play a significant part in the safety and security of our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced security systems including CCTV, access control, and video surveillance. This position offers the chance to work with leading-edge technology and provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the overall safety and efficiency of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of complex security systems including CCTV, access control, Genetec, Software House, Honeywell, DMP, and video surveillance.
2. Perform structured cabling and low voltage wiring for security systems.
3. Troubleshoot and repair security system hardware and software issues.
4. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure security systems are integrated seamlessly into construction projects.
5. Conduct regular system tests to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians.
7. Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations and best practices.
8. Stay up-to-date with advancements in security technology and propose improvements to current systems.
9. Develop and maintain documentation for security systems, procedures, and incidents.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in security system installation and maintenance, specifically within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience with CCTV, access control, Genetec, Software House, Honeywell, DMP, low voltage, and structured cabling
3. Strong technical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and repair security system hardware and software issues.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security systems to non-technical team members.
5. Strong leadership skills, with experience leading a team of technicians.
6. Familiarity with safety and security regulations within the construction industry.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
8. Willingness to stay up-to-date with advancements in security technology and continually improve technical skills.
9. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. High level of attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
