Senior Staff Accountant Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Financial statement preparation for domestic and foreign manufacturing operations
• Financial statement reporting for internal and external statement users
• Budgeting and Forecasting responsibilities
• Month-end closing including payroll accounting, accruals, and reconciliations
• Assist with year-end and interim financial audits
• Assisting with the Cost Accounting process
• Ad hoc reporting and other duties may be assigned.

Senior Staff Accountant Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and cost accounting
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred

• Highly capable in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word
• Familiarity with accounting systems – experience with Infor XA (ERP) and Prophix (FP&A) is a plus
• Ability to do light programming/query development
• Mathematical skills at the college level
• Above-average reasoning ability
