The hiring range for this role is:151,694.71 - 233,752.33

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs. This role is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

This role will be a security expert providing strategic and operational leadership in security architecture, risk analysis, and compliance. Responsibilities include:

1. Security Consulting and Design: Provide security consulting, design reviews, and collaborate on secure technical solutions (40%).
2. Security Domain Leadership: Lead specific security programs, manage projects, generate roadmaps, optimize costs, and improve security risk visibility (30%).
3. Security Architecture Development: Develop security architecture principles, standards, and metrics for continuous improvement (20%).
4. Security Capabilities and Incident Response: Support security research, analysis, development, and incident response efforts (10%).

Qualifications:

• High School/GED required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

Experience:

• 7+ years in security domains, including engineering and information security
• Experience integrating advanced network security and resiliency across technology functions
• Experience with platforms like Zscaler, Microsoft 365, AWS, Akamai, and data protection/security solutions

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Understanding of security controls and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO, HITRUST, HIPAA)
• Scripting (Python preferred), API, and automation skills
• Web security, cryptography, PKI, networking knowledge
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to influence, solve problems, and manage multiple projects
