Powered by billions of data points and machine learning, our benefits experience platform delivers personalized decision support and guidance during open enrollment, new employee onboarding, qualifying life events, and in the moments that matter all year round. This is one of the most stressful and challenging situations consumers face - and we see that as an opportunity to build an innovative response that can help millions of Americans possess the control and understanding they deserve.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Operations Analyst to drive the daily operations of our People Team, with a sharp focus on onboarding, employee experience, PEO support, and HR reporting. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our HR processes, systems, and metrics, ensuring that our organization scales efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain onboarding materials, and coordinate with teams to ensure readiness for new employees.
  • Act as a key HR contact for employees, addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture.
  • Maintain and update the HR knowledge base to ensure all employees have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Lead the management of our PEO relationship, overseeing time and attendance, benefits administration, and payroll to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the People Team.
  • Partner with the Head of People Partnerships to implement new systems and technologies that support the organization's growth.
  • Lead or support HR-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet organizational objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in HR within a high-growth startup, with a strong background in People Operations.
  • Proven experience in managing HR systems, with a plus for implementing new systems or processes.
Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • High degree of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
The salary range for New York based candidates for this role is $85,000-$97,500. We use a location factor to adjust this range for candidates that are located outside of the geographic region of our New York office. Placement within the salary band is determined based on experience.
