Organization : Located in Endicott, NY, the Huron Campus—a Phoenix Investors property—has long been a hub for manufacturing, logistics, clean energy, and technological innovation. Endicott combines a skilled workforce, strong partnerships, and small-town charm with big ideas, making it an ideal location for both businesses and individuals. Spanning 130 acres, the campus supports a diverse range of industries, including aerospace, defense, energy storage, renewable energy, and supercomputing. Its commercial and industrial tenants—such as BAE Systems and Binghamton University—are powered by a central utility plant (CUP) that delivers essential services, including steam, chilled water, compressed air, and heated glycol.

Position Summary : The Senior Operations Administrator supports daily business and facilities functions for the Endicott, NY campus, including administrative, financial, and logistical responsibilities. This role is instrumental in ensuring smooth operations across facilities and the central utility plant, while also driving positive workplace culture through team building and communication initiatives. The position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can balance service support with administrative and cultural leadership.

Responsibilities :

Service & Maintenance Support

  • Assist with service writing, maintenance coordination, spare parts, and documentation across facilities and the central utility plant.
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance documentation and scheduling.

Accounting & Administrative Tracking

  • Process and track purchase orders, credit card receipts, and invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records and support financial reporting.

Logistics & Campus Support

  • Oversee local logistics and tenant requests.
  • Coordinate and promote use of shared spaces.
  • Serve as a point of contact for tenants, visitors, and vendors.

Building & Culture

  • Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team-building events.
  • Foster positive communication and collaboration across staff.
  • Reinforce organizational culture and contribute to a strong workplace environment.

Qualifications :

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, facilities management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in operations, administration, or facilities support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with ERP or CMMS systems preferred
  • Familiarity with purchase order systems, accounting processes, and basic financial tracking
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact effectively with staff, tenants, and vendors
  • Proven ability to plan and execute events, training, or team-building activities

Schedule : Full-time, on-site, Monday – Friday, 24/7/365 operations
