Overview:
Our client, a creative agency and content studio known for crafting innovative visual solutions, seeks a talented Senior Graphic Designer . This role is pivotal for driving high-impact visual storytelling across diverse campaigns, making it a unique opportunity to help shape standout brand experiences.

As the Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for leading projects from concept through to final design, collaborating with the creative team to produce outstanding work. The ideal candidate has strong conceptual abilities, a keen eye for refined design, and experience in both digital and print mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Design Projects: Manage the visual design process end-to-end across multiple projects.
• Creative Strategy Development: Develop solutions that align with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with directors, copywriters, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design execution.
• Presentations: Communicate design concepts effectively to internal teams and clients.
• Mentorship: Guide junior designers and contribute to team growth through constructive feedback.
• Trend Awareness: Stay current with design trends, enhancing both client and team work.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-6 years of graphic design in an agency setting.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Portfolio: Demonstrated versatility in both digital and print design.

Required Skills:

• Design Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Typography & Layout Expertise: Strong skills in typographic and layout design.
• Digital & UX Principles: Experience with digital design and UI/UX fundamentals.
• Conceptual & Communication Skills: Ability to think creatively and articulate design ideas.
• Adaptability: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Motion Design (Preferred): Experience with animation and motion design is a plus.
