Senior Analyst (Multifamily Asset Management)
Location: Downtown Dallas (Hybrid - Work from home Fridays)
Salary: $85k-$100k (DOE) + Bonus + Long-Term Incentives
Overview:

This role will involve supporting asset management functions, financial modeling, portfolio analysis, and assisting in acquisitions. Key Qualifications:
Background in real estate, ideally in multifamily or investment analysis
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Degree in finance (Real Estate focus a plus)

Responsibilities:
Assist in financial reporting, performance reviews, and market analysis
Support due diligence and asset management functions
Perform financial modeling and analyze returns and sensitivities
Manage reporting and track comparable property data
Collaborate with teams and partners to gather insights for decision-making
Track investment opportunities and maintain key market data
Travel as needed for site visits or client meetings
Qualifications:
2-4+ years in commercial real estate or a similar field
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Excel and financial modeling
Experience with property management software is a plus
