Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available for the upcoming school year within a school-based setting in Smyrna, Delaware. This contract position involves providing specialized support to K-12 students across 2-3 school locations, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and physical therapists.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans aligned with students Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Participating actively in IEP meetings to contribute behavioral insights and data-driven recommendations
• Collaborating with educators, therapists, and families to support student progress and positive outcomes
• Managing a caseload of students with diverse learning and behavioral needs in compliance with state regulations and best practices

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Masters degree in a relevant field
• Current BCBA certification
• An active Delaware license to practice as a BCBA
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and special education regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
