Job Description
Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available for the upcoming school year at a school located in Middletown, DE. This contract role involves working with K-12 students across 2-3 different locations within the school district. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree, is a certified BCBA with an active Delaware license, and has a strong understanding of Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
Key responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, and participating actively in IEP meetings. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and physical therapists is required to support student progress and promote inclusive educational outcomes.
