Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is available with a respected school district in the Lowell, MA area, offering a contract-to-hire opportunity for the upcoming school year. This position involves working within K-12 schools across multiple district locations, providing critical behavior analysis services to support student success.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
• Collaborating with educators, staff, and families to implement and monitor behavior strategies
• Collecting and analyzing data to adjust interventions and ensure positive student outcomes
• Providing training and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and individualized education program (IEP) planning

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required
• Experience working with children in educational settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage caseloads effectively and adapt to district-wide assignments

Location: Lowell, MA with multiple school locations throughout the district

Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday; position begins ASAP with contract through October 1st and potential for extension or permanent placement
