We are looking for a reliable and friendly Office Assistant to join our school team. This role supports the front office and helps with daily tasks to ensure smooth and efficient school operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily office tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

• Greet visitors, answer phones, and respond to general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

• Organize and maintain student files (both paper and digital).

• Ensure records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to authorized staff.

• Work closely with the administrative team on school-wide activities.

• Support meetings, events, and projects that reflect the schools mission and values.

• Help with entering and organizing information for reports and internal use.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)

• Strong English communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)

• Ability to multitask and work well as part of a team

• Prior office or school experience is a plus
