As a Salon Manager, You Will

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of creative stylists
• Build an environment that rewards great service and guest loyalty
• Perform hair services on guests at least 75% of the time while meeting personal goals
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, training, recognition, and compliance
• Help manage expenses and supply orders within budget

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Cosmetology or Barbering License
• Flexible schedule, including some evenings & weekends
• Dedication to guest service with a professional presence
• Strong interpersonal skills – confident, collaborative, and team-oriented
• Goal-driven and committed to staying current with trends, techniques, and styles
