Forza Marketing is a local marketing and sales firm in Reno, NV looking to hire motivated candidates for its Entry-Level Sales Representative position. You will establish our retail marketing campaign by promoting brand awareness, engaging with customers and increasing sales for our clients. Forza Marketing provides growth throughout this entry-level position; this enables the opportunity for our employees to take on more leadership and management responsibilities without the necessity for prior experience in this field. This is an in-person and on-site position.

Entry-Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Market our clients to increase sales and promotional awareness within key retailers.
• Understand and professionally communicate all brand promotions to customers.
• Promote and represent our retail clients in-person to increase brand presence.
• Develop your abilities in leadership and management with our fully paid growth structure.
• Keep track of personal and team sales performance.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelors in Marketing, Business or other relevant fields of study are encouraged, but not required for this entry-level position.
• High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
• Individuals enthusiastic about sales, management and growth.
• Reliable transportation.
• 1-3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or marketing-related experience is preferred, but not required.
