Role Description

This is a hybrid role based in San Antonio, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Right-of-Way Agent will be responsible for negotiating land acquisitions, securing necessary agreements, and managing coordination between landowners and stakeholders. Key duties include conducting land research, preparing documents, managing property rights, and ensuring compliance with regulations and project timelines. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with clients and maintaining high professional standards throughout project execution.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Land Acquisition, Easement Negotiation, and Right-of-Way Coordination
  • Ability to perform Land Research, Mapping, and Title Analysis
  • Excellent Communication, Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and ROW Project Management
  • Familiarity with pipelines, infrastructure, energy, or electrical projects is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in documentation management and attention to detail
  • Capability to effectively balance in-office and remote work as part of a hybrid role
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
