As an NFC Amenity Lifestyle Director, you get to work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area, where you will create epic lifestyle experiences to delight or residents and guests. Our Lifestyle Directors’ are energetic, fun and fully dedicated to making life extraordinary for our communities.

Ultimately, your priority is to ensure that our residents and guests receive an exceptional, memorable experience from the moment they arrive at our amenities to the time they leave.

Here are just a few other responsibilities you will have throughout your day:

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement events, programs, classes and special community-wide events
  • Set-up and attend all planned events, ensuring smooth operation
  • Create and distribute newsletters and flyers to residents
  • Oversee the operations of amenity facilities inclusive of: fitness center, pool, and exercise classes
  • Responsible for selling new memberships, and renewing current memberships

We are looking for a candidate who works well by themselves and enjoys a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming is a must!

The salary for this position is $70,000.

Valid CPO certifications (Certified Pool Operator) are preferred.

Lifeguard/CPR certifications preferred.

Prior experience in pool management, fitness center management and/or residential lifestyle properties is preferred; as is prior experience in planning residential social events/programs/activities/newsletters.
