Crystal Clear Cleaning Services is seeking dedicated and reliable 1099 Independent Contractor Residential Cleaners to join our team. We specialize in providing high-quality cleaning services for various residential needs, including Airbnb turnovers, real estate open houses, move-ins and move-outs, and standard residential cleanings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to the highest standards.
• Handle specialized cleaning tasks for Airbnb turnovers, ensuring properties are guest-ready.
• Prepare homes for real estate open houses, focusing on creating a pristine and inviting environment.
• Execute thorough move-in and move-out cleanings, addressing every corner and surface of the property.
• Maintain consistency and quality in all cleaning jobs, adhering to company protocols and standards.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in residential cleaning is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Reliable transportation to travel to and from various job sites.

Compensation:

• Starting pay is $16 per hour.
• Same-day payment upon job completion.

Additional Requirements:

• Must provide own cleaning tools; Crystal Clear will supply eco-friendly cleaning products.
• Reliable transportation is required to commute to different job sites as this is a fully remote position.
• Ability to handle flexible working hours, including weekends if necessary.
• Must be able to work independently and take initiative.
• Must have an active liability insurance policy of half a million
