Marketplace Specialist – Walmart, Temu, TikTok, Shein (In-House)
Location: Brooklyn, NY | Full-Time | $80,000 / year
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketplace Specialist with real experience listing and scaling products on Walmart Marketplace, Temu, TikTok Shop, and Shein . This is an in-house position with a fast-growing reseller brand — not private label.
You'll take the lead in uploading, optimizing, and managing hundreds of SKUs across multiple platforms, ensuring our listings are fully compliant, competitive, and converting.
✅ What You’ll Do
Manage and optimize product listings on Walmart Seller Center, TikTok Shop, Shein Marketplace, and Temu
Upload SKUs using platform-specific templates, bulk upload tools, and flat files
Set up product details, variations, and rich content to improve conversions
Track and update inventory, pricing, and promotions across all marketplaces
Monitor listings for compliance issues, flags, or takedowns and resolve quickly
Coordinate with in-house teams for inventory planning, restocking , and shipment tracking
Run marketplace reports and identify opportunities to improve visibility and sales

SkuVault, ShipStation, AZSellerKit, SellerSnap, Flashpricer, SkuPreme
What We’re Looking For
2+ years hands-on experience with Walmart Marketplace, Temu, TikTok Shop, or Shein
Comfortable using bulk upload templates, feed files, and CSV tools
Familiar with FBA/FBM, WFS , or similar fulfillment workflows
