We specialize in connecting motivated individuals with flexible, legitimate work-from-home opportunities that allow you to earn income on your own schedule — as an independent contractor (1099).
Position Overview
We’re seeking professional, customer-oriented individuals to handle inbound calls, chat, or email support for top companies in industries such as retail, travel, healthcare, and utilities.
As an Independent Contractor (1099) , you are your own boss — meaning you choose your client, your schedule, and your earning potential.
Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, chat, or email.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Maintain a positive, professional tone at all times.
Complete client-specific training before servicing.
Meet client performance standards (quality, attendance, etc.).
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older.
Must reside in an eligible U.S. state (list provided during onboarding).
Quiet workspace and reliable computer with Windows or macOS.
Wired internet connection (Ethernet required).
USB headset for client calls.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
Average pay: $11–$17 per hour depending on the client and performance.
No taxes are withheld. You are responsible for your own tax filings as a 1099 contractor.
Payment: Direct deposit every pay period through the client’s payment system.
Fees & Getting Started
We believe in being upfront about all costs involved:
1️⃣ Service Fee – $25 per pay period
This helps cover:
Ongoing agent support and account maintenance
Access to our onboarding assistance and client selection guidance
Technical help and performance check-ins
Community chat access for scheduling, tech issues, and training support
2️⃣ Arise Platform Fee
Arise charges a platform fee (approx. $19.75 biweekly) for access to client programs, background checks, and certification systems.
3️⃣ Equipment
If you don’t have a desktop yet, you can begin using a laptop with an Ethernet cable and adapter until you transition to a desktop setup.
