We're seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is fluent in Spanish to join our team! As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of licensed behavior analysts
Collect and record data on behavior, preferences, and reinforcement
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members
Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
0+ years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field
Registration as a Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish
Flexibility to work part-time and full-time schedules
