We are looking for a personable, self-motivated and reliable individual to host and maintain an atmosphere of calmness and relaxation at our center. Our Front Desk staff is the face of Art of Sauna and is responsible for:

• Greeting visitors and employees courteously and cater to their special requests, needs and complaints.
• Book and schedule appointments efficiently and fairly.
• providing guests with the facility information and recommendations if needed
• Maintain correct cash balance daily
• Maintaining a professional presence at the front desk answering the phone and coordinating appointments.
• Utilize effective communication skills, promote the Spa's services and products
• Handle multi-line phone system and answer emails daily

Requirements:

• at least 1 year experience at spa/salon
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• refined verbal and written communication skills
• must be able to work a variety of shifts – evenings and weekends
• Handle situations with minimal supervision.
