Now Hiring Full-Time Agents & Teams – 2026 Growth Explosion.

We are NOT a “home for everyone” brokerage. We are a high-production, boutique firm built for closers who want to 2-3x their business in the next 12–18 months without giving away half their commission or paying ridiculous fees.

We are ONLY interviewing agents who already meet these minimums (will verify):

• Good head on your shoulders. Clients come first. They're not always right, but must be first.
• Active NYS real estate license in good standing
• Minimum 5 closed deals in the last 24 months (MLS-verifiable via OneKey / StreetEasy)
• OR minimum $6M personal production in last 24 months
• Currently working real estate full-time (no part-timers)

If you don’t hit these numbers yet, please do not apply — we want you to crush it somewhere else first and come back when you’re ready.
