Your Job:\n \nThe primary purpose of the Radiology Manager position is to provide planning, coordinating, supervising and staffing the assigned areas where a variety of radiology procedures are performed. Provides an environment of high clinical quality and customer satisfaction. Manages all daily operational aspects. \n\nYour Job Requirements:\n \n • Approved Training Program in Imaging\n • CPR license\n • TDH license\n • Anyone or a combination of recognized Radiology credentials i.e. ARRT or NMTCB, ARDMS, etc.\n • Minimum of five (5) years broad experience within the field of Radiology including appropriate superior administrative aspects. \n • Minimum 2-5 years direct management experience to include daily operations, budget management including productivity \n • Effective organizational and time management skills. \n • Positive role model for staff, students and other heal care professionals. \n • Use of value management techniques for improvement/cost savings. \n \n Your Job Responsibilities :\n \n • Communicate clearly and openly\n • Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment\n • Be accountable for your performance\n • Always look for ways to improve the patient experience\n • Take initiative for your professional growth\n • Be engaged and eager to build a winning teamMethodist Charlton Medical Center is a 314-bed, full-service, acute care teaching hospital that serves Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Duncanville, and Lancaster in southwestern Dallas County.
