CACI is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES). Key Responsibilities include generating and maintaining the program's Quality Assurance Plan to meet contract requirements, establishing a tailored process baseline (TPB) for the program, supporting the creation and delivery of SLA definition, analysis and reporting, developing and executing internal audit schedules, identifying opportunities for improvement and facilitating structured improvement activities, analyzing and mapping risks and issues with mitigation solutions, developing training plans, SOPs, and knowledge articles, ensuring quality assurance processes are followed, developing or overseeing work products and deliverables per approved plans and contract requirements, supporting contract deliverable documentation and customer meetings, raising quality assurance issues to management, understanding contract quality assurance requirements, planning and implementing quality assurance activities including independent reviews, implementing quality systems to prevent problems, interfacing with customer and subcontractor quality assurance contacts, measuring and reporting on quality indicators, providing quality training, coordinating replies to customer concerns, leading audits and verification activities, reviewing technical data to assure quality requirements, supporting risk management reporting, coordinating root cause analyses with stakeholders, evaluating business needs to identify solutions, and understanding data collection and evaluation for decision making. Required skills include a current Secret Clearance with eligibility to obtain TS, Six Sigma Green Belt, expert knowledge of advanced technical principles, strong oral and written communication skills, leadership in technical presentations and reports, experience conducting training and quality audits, experience in process improvement for large scale programs, and a BS degree with 8-12 years relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years relevant experience.
