We’re looking for a QA Tester to join our award winning team conveniently located in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur. 

As a QA Tester at Double Eleven, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our games meet the highest standards of quality. Your day-to-day responsibilities include executing structured test plans, identifying and documenting issues, and collaborating closely with the development team to refine game functionality. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for gaming, you will contribute to creating immersive gaming experiences for our global audience.

As a global gaming company, we've enabled millions to conquer Minecraft Dungeons, battle in Rust Console Edition and create new adventures in Fallout 76. Recently, we collaborated with Rockstar Games to bring Red Dead Redemption and Undead Nightmare to the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 as well as partnered with Obsidian Entertainment on Grounded: Fully Yoked Edition for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 and 5.

What you’ll be doing

• Execute Test Plans: Follow detailed test plans and scenarios to assess a game’s functionality

• Identify and document issues: Test a game under various conditions to identify and document issues using various tools & databases (s)

• Collaborate with the QA & Development Team: Communicate around issues and collaborate on assigned and ad-hoc tasks

• Various Testing: Participate in various types of testing incl. Regression Testing, Functional Testing, etc.

• Contribute in QA Reports: Outside of reporting issues, may need to contribute to other kinds of reports such as Daily or Weekly Reports

• Adapt to Testing Schedules: Be flexible in adapting to changing priorities and deadlines

• Collaborate effectively with team members at all levels

• Must be proactive about improving/developing skills

• Must be trustworthy and operate at a high level of integrity, team spirit and drive

What we’re looking for

• You must have a keen interest in gaming and strong attributes around attention to detail, problem-solving, communication and creative thinking 

• Self-motivated with a positive mental attitude

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including with team members outside the QA team

• Ability to manage time and workload effectively

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in software quality assurance/testing (e.g., ISTQB, CT_GaMe) would be a plus
