Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Python Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based applications that directly support business objectives. This role requires strong engineering fundamentals, the ability to work in cross-functional teams, and experience delivering high-quality, scalable software.

The resource will consult on complex initiatives, participate in large-scale planning efforts, and address multifaceted engineering challenges requiring deep evaluation and sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications.

• Write efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.

• Integrate Python applications with existing systems and third-party services.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing codebases.

• Participate in the full SDLC, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

• Utilize GitHub for version control, branching, pull requests, and code reviews.

• Ensure code quality through unit testing and peer reviews.

• Contribute to resolution of complex, high-impact technical challenges.

• Collaborate strategically with client personnel on long-term initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience , or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, military experience, or education.

• Strong proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices.

• Experience working in environments with complex systems, integrations, and compliance requirements.
