Events & Special Programs Volunteers provide a welcoming environment and rewarding visitor experience through special events, concerts, guided tours and guest services.
Duties include but are not limited to: Registration, ushering, greeting, walking tours, event set-up and tear-down, and assisting with special programs for the benefit of the general public and individual donors.
Qualifications:
Personable, prompt, reliable
Walking and standing for several hours at a time, ability to climb stairs
Days and times needed:
Volunteer opportunities take place between April and December. Specific scheduling of volunteer shifts will take place with the Director of Development. Volunteers are not required to work a certain number of hours but they are expected to be active participants in the program once they have completed orientation.
