Do you want to be a part of the newest Amazon grocery store? Amazon Fresh is searching for an exceptional and experienced Program Manager. You will be working to manage and shape new processes for both online and in our physical stores. As a Program Manager, you should possess a strong customer focus, great retail instincts and be practiced at applying project management skills.
Program management at Amazon is inherently cross-functional. The successful candidate will have strong quantitative and analytical sills and be comfortable working from concept through to execution. This position will work closely with partner teams to determine root cause of operational challenges, drive process improvements and present findings and recommendations to business partners and management.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of productivity improvement programs across our stores (both online and in physical stores)
- Partner with tech teams to deliver new systems and processes to support this line of business
- Support these programs and hold other stakeholders accountable for progress on key actions and deliverables
- Create reports and metrics to demonstrate progress towards goals, provide new insights, and regularly update senior leadership
- Actively seek feedback from key stakeholders and partner with tech and non-tech teams to drive continuous improvement
A day in the life
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving initiatives that ensure the smooth running of our operations. You’ll work closely with a range of Amazon colleagues to understand how they work, and what you and your teams can learn, as well as sharing your own expertise. Together, you’ll identify exciting new opportunities and will take the lead when it comes to designing their implementation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
