What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Forklift experience (preferred)
• SAP experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Excellent basic math skills
• Proficient problem-solving abilities
• Strong computer skills, including data retrieval and scanning
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand/walk for long periods
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and balance

What You’ll Do as a Production Operator:

• Perform pre-shift exercise/stretching routines
• Adhere to all safety requirements and procedures
• Operate machinery and manually perform tasks to manufacture parts
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process
• Follow packaging and labeling guidelines for products
• Identify and report defective materials, machine issues, or questionable conditions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work within ISO14001 and TS-16949 standards
• Collaborate with team members and management
• Transport materials as required
• Utilize the SAP system properly
• Perform additional duties as assigned
