About Us

Finding Great People is what we do.

LHi Group is an employee-owned group of international, non-competing recruitment brands working in the most cutting-edge markets in the world. We act as a global talent partner linking specialists with organisations in leading industries and fostering connections within transformative markets.

Harper Harrison, our Built Environment brand, partners with leading developers, operators, and contractors to deliver top talent across the Data Center industry. Our expertise spans the full project lifecycle - from site selection and design through construction, commissioning, and ongoing operations.

With over a decade of experience in the US market, we've built a proven track record in helping clients scale mission-critical operations teams, including facility managers, operations engineers, technicians, and leadership roles that keep data centers running at peak performance.

Why Miami?

This opportunity is based in our thriving Miami office - a hub for our recruitment activity across the Southeast US and into Latin America. Miami's position as a gateway to global commerce, coupled with the explosive growth of the data center market in the region, makes it a prime location for business development.

Located in the heart of the city, our office blends local expertise with international reach, creating a collaborative, high-energy environment where successes are celebrated - often over a cafecito or with ocean views just a short walk away.

The Opportunity

With the support of nearly 100 colleagues across 4 US locations and a deep specialisation in the Built Environment, this is your chance to own and grow the Data Center Operations market in one of the fastest-expanding sectors in tech infrastructure.

The demand for reliable, secure, and scalable data center operations has never been higher - from hyperscale facilities to edge computing sites - and Miami is fast becoming a key strategic location for operators serving both North and South America.

You'll have the advantage of existing client relationships, a warm network, and the backing of the Harper Harrison and LHi brands. This role requires a blend of market mapping, proactive business development, and relationship building to deliver high-value recruitment solutions to both new and established clients.

What's in it for you?

  • Competitive base salary $70k-$120k (negotiable depending on experience) + uncapped commission (up to 50%), with half & full year bonuses
  • Employee-Owned Trust (EOT) - shareholder status after 1 year, with potential value of $400k-$600k (depending on level)
  • Internal Learning and Development programs to guarantee career progression
  • A high-energy, people-first culture with social events, team incentives, and quarterly international trips
  • CSR initiatives, diversity & inclusion programs, and loyalty incentives including sabbaticals and global office exchanges
  • Relocation assistance - State to State or Oversees - Visa, flight, accomodation

What We're Looking For

  • Proven agency recruitment experience at Senior, Principal level or above
  • Experience in Data Center Operations, Facilities Management, or mission-critical infrastructure recruitment (preferred)
  • A track record of business development success, ideally building a market from the ground up
  • Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach to client partnerships
  • The ambition to capitalise on Miami's booming technology infrastructure and data center market
  • Desirable experience of building out a market / niche

If you're ready to take your recruitment career to the next level in one of the most dynamic, high-growth industries in the US - Miami is calling.
