About the Role
The Company is in search of a President/CEO to lead its mission-driven organization. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and visionary leader with a strong background in lending, particularly in the context of community development and financial inclusion. This role requires a deep understanding of the barriers faced by individuals in low-to-moderate-income households and a commitment to improving the financial lives of members and the communities served. The President/CEO will be responsible for strategic thinking, inspiring leadership, and ensuring the long-term financial sustainability and growth of the organization. As the President/CEO, you will work closely with a dedicated Board of Directors to shape and execute the company's strategy, uphold a strong culture, and further its mission of community transformation. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of leadership experience in a credit union or other financial institution, with a preference for those who are familiar with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) philosophy. This is a hands-on role that demands an accessible and visible leader, who is ready to connect with employees, board members, and community stakeholders.
