Job Description

Position: Practice Manager â Corpus Christi Overview: LK Jordan is seeking an experienced, skilled, and locally connected Practice Manager to join our clientâs team and support the management of our rapidly growing operations in Corpus Christi and the Coastal Bend area. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of multiple outpatient facilities in Corpus Christi, with the support of the Executive Team. Manage clinical and procedural schedules, ensuring efficient use of providers and staff. Lead a team of 30-50 employees, including onboarding, training, and HR process implementation for both front office and clinical teams. Drive the optimization of front-office processes, including referrals, patient flow, and phone management. Collaborate on marketing strategies, leading community engagement and overseeing traditional and digital media efforts through multiple liaisons. Analyze data and create clear, actionable reports for leadership. Requirements: Local expertise: Strong reputation and well-established network in Corpus Christi. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of practice management experience in a multi-location outpatient setting with 5-20 providers. Facility management: Background in both hospital and outpatient settings (ASC or OBL experience preferred). Staff leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, optimize schedules, and ensure effective clinic operations. Billing knowledge: Expertise in out-of-network billing processes. Technical proficiency: Advanced knowledge of eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR system. Marketing skills: Experience managing marketing initiatives and liaisons, driving community engagement, and executing digital and traditional marketing strategies. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
