Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and finishing services, is seeking a dedicated Powder Coater (Fri-Sun 6am-6pm) to join their dynamic team. As a Powder Coater, you will play a vital role in supporting the finishing department, ensuring high-quality coating applications that meet rigorous standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Powder Coater (Fri-Sun 6am-6pm)

Location: Canonsburg, PA

Pay Range: $16.50/hr

Shift: Friday to Sunday, 6am to 6pm

What's the Job?

• Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, or masking as needed
• Apply powder coating to various metal parts using spray equipment
• Ensure consistent and high-quality finishes according to specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate powder coating equipment safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work weekend shifts and adhere to safety protocols
• Previous experience in powder coating or related manufacturing roles is preferred but not required
